Solid Foundation Physical Therapy & Wellness

Hello, my name is Anne Perez, Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner of Solid Foundation PT + Wellness. I am also a certified manual therapist, Barbell Rehab certified, ONNIT certified trainer, and psychologically informed practitioner.

At SFPT + w, we offer a non-traditional approach to physical therapy and wellness. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the biomedical and the psychosocial aspects of health by using a more integrative approach to physical therapy and wellness. Our philosophy is guided by the understanding that a person is one whole being, not just an injured body part.

We currently offer mobile and concierge services at the client’s preferred location, whether it be at home, at the park, beach, gym, client’s workplace, etc.
