I have been involved in physical training and conditioning ever since I started playing organized sports. In February 1996 I joined the United States Army where I spent over 20 years of Active Duty service in which being physically and mentally fit was the upmost of importance. During my service I completed my B.S. in Health and Wellness with an emphasis in Fitness and Nutrition (President’s and Dean’s List) and A.S. in Clinical Laboratory Technology. Since retiring, I felt the need to become a coach “to pay it forward” and help my community be healthy; mentally and physically and currently coach Bootcamp and FLEX group classes.
