Description

My passion is helping people discover they're capable of far more than they believe.

Every day, my goal is to create an environment where people feel safe enough to challenge themselves, move with confidence, and accomplish things they once thought were impossible. Throughout our lives, we're told "no" far more often than we're told "yes." As a coach, I believe one of my greatest responsibilities is helping people replace those limiting beliefs with confidence, resilience, and the realization that they are capable of more than they imagined.

Whether I'm coaching a CrossFit class, leading a one-on-one mobility session, or helping someone return from injury, my approach is the same: meet people where they are, identify what's holding them back, and build a clear path forward. Every movement has a progression, and every athlete has a starting point. My job is to help you find yours.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in movement quality, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development. I believe performance and longevity go hand in hand. As a Certified Barbell Rehab (Dr. Michael Mash's Barbell Rehab Method) & Mobility Coach (Dr. Kelly Starrett), I combine CrossFit methodology with individualized movement assessment and mobility strategies to help athletes move better, reduce pain, and continue doing the things they love for years to come.

My perspective is also deeply personal. After undergoing fourteen knee surgeries—including two total knee replacements—as well as hip and foot surgeries, I've experienced the physical and emotional challenges of rehabilitation firsthand. Through intentional movement, expert coaching, and relentless consistency, I returned not only to coaching but also to performing movements many people assume are no longer possible after joint replacement. That journey has given me a unique understanding of what it means to rebuild confidence, restore function, and trust your body again.

Coaching has been my calling since I earned my CrossFit Level 1 in 2011. Since then, I've coached thousands of classes, mentored coaches, owned and led a CrossFit affiliate for eight years, and never stopped pursuing opportunities to grow. Today, I'm continuing that journey as I work toward becoming a CrossFit Level 4 Trainer, with the long-term goal of serving on CrossFit Seminar Staff and helping develop coaches around the world.

Above all else, I believe great coaching is about relationships. My goal isn't simply to help you lift more weight or master a new skill—it's to help you become more confident in your body, more resilient in your life, and to realize that progress is always possible.

Because at the end of the day, my favorite words to tell someone are still the same:

Yes. You can.
