I enjoy working with individuals who want to build strength through foundational barbell movements, including beginners, recreational lifters, and those returning to training after injury. My coaching focuses on proper movement patterns, progressive strength development, and building confidence under the barbell.
In addition to working in the fitness industry, I serve as a firefighter/paramedic. My career in emergency services has strengthened my understanding of physical resilience, injury prevention, and the importance of maintaining strength and mobility for long-term health and performance. I combine this real-world perspective with strength training principles to help clients train safely, effectively, and sustainably.
My goal is to help people build strength, move better, and develop habits that support lifelong health and performance.
