I hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and am also a Gymnastics Sports Medicine Certified Practitioner. I enjoy working with younger athletes, including gymnasts, cheerleaders, and performance athletes to help them learn that it is not just okay, but necessary and beneficial to strength train to help them optimize their athletics.
