I’m an ACSM CPT, NCI-L1 Nutrition Coach, and Active Life Professional who helps the general population move , get stronger, and build healthy, sustainable lifestyles in and out of the gym. I work with general population with a special interest in working with clients transitioning out of physical therapy and into a strength training program. My approach blends progressive strength training and habit-based coaching, and I love to collaborate with physical therapists to ensure a smooth and confident return of their patients' to living active and fulfilling lives post injury, operation, or just pain in general. My mission is to build strong, capable humans who feel and function their best in everyday life.
