I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has advanced certifications, such as Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Certified Dry Needling Specialist (CDNS). I have also taken continuing education classes to further my understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and resistance training such as the Performance Redefined Clinical Coaching Specialist certification (CCS) and the Barbell Rehab Method certification (BRM). It is my passion to find the root cause of my patients' problems and get them lasting relief, independence with daily activities, and confidence with movement again. I currently work for Front Royal Family Practice as their clinic director, and my goal is to bring quality healthcare knowledge to regions with healthcare gaps.
