Doctor of Physical Therapy and Powerlifting Clinical Athlete Coach. My biggest passions include lifting in the gym with occasional competitions in powerlifting and strongman, occasionally suffering from watching my favorite sport teams (New York mostly), and reading in my free time. I really enjoy working with active individuals, especially those who enjoy lifting circles and hitting PRs whether that be a competitive powerlifter or gym goer. I currently work for FX Physical therapy at their Columbia location where we offer 1-on-1 care between therapist and client, and we aim to help someone to become/stay as active and healthy as possible.
