Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I love working with active individuals of all ages and abilities and believe that everyone benefits from a solid foundation of strength and movement. I am currently located within the Cook Children's Health Care System where I work primarily with youth and adolescent individuals with varying orthopedic and musculoskeletal needs. Outside of work I enjoy spending my time chasing an active 2-year-old around and watching sports with my husband. In my free time I also serve as a member of the Justin Sports Medicine Team for local PRCA rodeos.
