Kristen enjoys working with patients of all ages and abilities. She focuses on postural alignment and proper mobility, as well as the importance of strength and conditioning to improve these things. She specializes in hyper-mobility and scoliosis, and believes there is an individualized exercise program to meet each patient's goals.
