Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I work primarily in an outpatient physical therapy clinic with patients ranging from youth athletes to older adults. My goal with all my patients is to help equip them with the knowledge, experience, and confidence to take on a personalized strength training program. I seek to minimize any barriers to entry because I know how much of an impact being strong and resilient has on longevity and overall quality of life.
